I am a military member that has been married for 3 years. The majority of our marriage has been long distance. I’ve recently ended my tour on a ship that had taken me away for five to six months at a time. My wife and I have become so detached that I feel we have passed the breaking point and are over. She’s recently told me that I don’t love myself because I am selfless in everything I do. I agree on this point but I also take care of myself and try to find things to do that make me feel good and make me happy. There have been things in my past that I’ve forgiven and felt as though were put behind me but she feels as though I haven’t. I have begun to look within myself to analyze the things that have made me unhappy and detered me from being able to effectively communicate with my wife. I’m a rambler as you can see….what does loving yourself really mean? How do you know if you’re doing it? How can I prove to my wife that I DO love myself? I’m not sure if this will help but I thought I’d give it a shot.

Ahh, yes…Intuition to the rescue, AGAIN! What an amazing world we would live in if everyone slowed down enough to listen to and take action on their intuition.

I betcha, *several people* in the makeup field heard about the military’s makeup glitches, had an inkling to help but never listened to it.

I believe that we all have the capacity to make the most of our of life, but many people does not have the wisdom to unleash their true power.

It’s riveting to hear rags-to-riches story and how we wish we could have the same. However, we must work for it and not just lay around dreaming.

I love that. I have never heard of that and I think it is an amazing process. I also have left a lot of toxic relationships and I just cannot tolerate all that complaining any more. Of course we all complain from time to time.
