I love your description of the practice to cultivate heart swell. I’ve never tried it this way but I think I will. However, I just wanted to share something about heart swell. I’ve carried on the practice of enjoying something before I actually manifested it so intently that when I actually received it I found that even though I was pleased and grateful I was not nearly as excited as I had thought I would be. It was as if I had already experienced the joy of receiving it – and I had. I don’t know if I am explaining it correctly but I noticed this one day as I received a sum of money that was very important. I had spent a day or two in “heart swell” over the money arriving. When the exact sum of money was delivered I was content rather than ecstatic.

Instead of “oh my gosh I can’t believe this money just showed up” – rather it was, “oh, there it is, right on time.”

I like it. I am learning to do this often.

Bruce, law of attraction is real. Practicing it is what it takes. Being around like minded people is key and also having a coach! That is how I did it.

I absolutely love Joel Osteen and I wish his church were here in Atlanta, I would be there all the time. I visited his church in Houston once and it was wonderful.

This is a very interesting post. The electromagnetic field changing is really amazing after 9/11. I listen to a lot of Joel Osteem’s teachings and the law of attraction is very real. Now if I can just practice it more.

I just had my husband read this blog, and since we both meditate daily, we are excited to incorporate this into our meditation. I find the instruction to allow the heart-swell to consume the heavy or misdirected thought and let it disintegrate amazing and very helpful. My husband found the energy entering through fingertips intriguing new visualization process for manifesting what you want. Off to meditate . . .
